The MAUTO – National Automobile Museum adds three new inclusive museum itineraries to its offer starting from Friday 3 December on the occasion of the International Day of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The goal of the “A MUSEUM FOR ALL” project is to achieve satisfactory sensory accessibility aimed at all visitors, in line with the principles of “universal design” – or “universal design” – which defines a venue as “accessible” if any user can access and move independently. Making a place “accessible” means making it comfortable and inclusive for all potential users, children and young people, adults and the elderly, taking into consideration the various disabilities (motor, sensory, cognitive).
