The company Fonderie Officine De Benedetti had a very short life and produced only one model, although this model has definitely made history. The small two-seater runabout is indeed very fast, refined and fitted with futuristic elements, among which is the chassis: an aluminum alloy which also hosts the base of the small four-cylinder engine and the gear box in a very light, yet robust, structure (the whole chassis weighs 280 kg). This small and affordable car had a great success in its time. Nonetheless, two years later, it fell into crisis at the first “gust of wind”.
