the processing may consist of the storage and processing of personal data containing: personal information of the Data Subjects, contact addresses and/or browsing data on this website through cookies installed on the user’s computer or mobile device (visit the cookies policy);

4) Processing methods and recipients of the data being processed.

The data are processed and stored within the European Union (in countries that provide an adequate level of personal data protection) in the following ways: recording and processing on paper, digital support (also in the cloud and/or in automated mode). Personal data may be disclosed to third parties, authorised by the Data Controller, to achieve the purposes identified in art. 2 of this policy. In any case, access to the data referred to in this policy to unauthorised parties is precluded.

5)   How long is your personal data kept?

Personal data are processed and stored for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes listed in art. 2 of this policy.

6) Rights of the Data Subject and contact details.

The Data Controller, where possible, guarantees without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the request itself, the following faculties:

– access of the Data Subject to personal data concerning him/her and delivery to the latter of a copy of the processed data;

– opposition to the processing or limitation of the processing, rectification or deletion of personal data;

– data portability consisting in the delivery to the Data Subject of a medium of common use and readable by automatic device of the data attributable to him/her, or the transmission to another Data Controller identified by the Data Subject of the data concerning him/her.
