4) Processing Methods and Recipients of the Data Subject to Processing.

Data are processed and stored within the European Union (in countries that provide an adequate level of protection for personal data) using the following methods: registration and processing on paper support, digital support (also in the cloud and/or in automated mode). Personal data may be communicated to third parties authorized by the Data Controller for the achievement of the purposes identified in Article 2 of this information notice. In any case, access to the data referred to in this information notice by unauthorized persons is prohibited.

Personal data are processed and stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes listed in Article 2 of this information notice.

6) Data Subject Rights and Contact Details.

The Data Controller, where possible, guarantees without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days from receipt of the request, the following rights:
– access by the Data Subject to personal data concerning him/her and delivery of a copy of the processed data;
– objection to processing or restriction of processing, rectification or erasure of personal data;
– data portability consisting of the delivery to the Data Subject of data ascribable to him/her on a commonly used and machine-readable support, or the transmission to another Data Controller identified by the Data Subject of data concerning him/her.
