6) Rights of the Data Subject and contact details.
The Data Controller, where possible, guarantees without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the request itself, the following faculties:
– access of the Data Subject to personal data concerning him/her and delivery to the latter of a copy of the processed data;
– opposition to the processing or limitation of the processing, rectification or deletion of personal data;
– data portability consisting in the delivery to the Data Subject of a medium of common use and readable by automatic device of the data attributable to him/her, or the transmission to another Data Controller identified by the Data Subject of the data concerning him/her.
