What are the opening hours of the museum?
Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile is open on Mondays from 10.00 to 14.00 and from Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 19.00
The ticket office always closes one hour before the Museum. For more information see the timetables and tickets page.

The ticket is unique and includes all the rooms of the museum, including temporary exhibitions.

Is it possible to book a ticket online to visit the museum?
Yes, by accessing the page dedicated to the Automobile Museum on the geticket.it website
Online tickets can be purchased for up to a maximum of 10 people. For groups of over 10 people it is necessary to make the reservation as a group by writing to ordini@museoauto.it
What payment options are available?
At the ticket office of the Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile it is possible to pay by credit card, debit card, Satispay and cash.
How much time does a ticket last?
The ticket purchased at the museum ticket offices and online is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (unless endorsed)
How much time is needed to visit the Museum?
For the free visit, the length of visitation is at the discretion of the visitors. The average duration of the visit is about 1 hour and a half.
So we recommend that you show up to the ticket office in advance of the closing time of the rooms.
Is there a printed map of the exhibition route?
At the moment a paper map of the route is not available, but there are panels and captions in the exhibition rooms.
Are there any downloadable audio guides and apps for smartphones?
Il Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile has an audio guide service in three languages that can be consulted via smartphone.
Are the spaces accessible to people with disabilities?
The museum is completely accessible to people with disabilities.

What are the opening hours of the Library?
Entrance to the Open Garage is possible:
Upon reservation for scheduled openings which can be consulted on the Events page

Is it possible to visit the Open Garage?
The Library is open at different times from the Museum.

Yes, the Museo dell’Automobile Yes, organizes guided tours in various languages.

Is there a reserved parking area?
The Museum does not have parking reserved for its visitors.
Are there refreshment points in the museum?
Inside the Museum there is a Cafè which is accessible even without an entrance ticket.
The Café is open on Mondays from 10.00 to 14.00 and from Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 19.00. Here it is possible to have lunch and take a break during the visit.
Is there a bookshop?
Inside the Museum there is a bookshop that is accessible even without an entrance ticket.
Can you take photographs and make video footage?
Photos and videos for personal use are permitted.
For professional and commercial Shootings it is necessary to fill in a form available at the Ticket Office.
Is there a wardrobe for bags and backpacks?
The Museum has cloakroom lockers with deposit money where you can store your personal items free of charge.
The wardrobe is not guarded and can be used while availability is available.
Are animals allowed in?
All dogs can enter the Museum as long as they are on a leash.
Are there integrated tourist cards for museums and transport?
The Museum is part of the Abbonamento Musei Pass and Turin + Piedmont Card circuit dedicated to tourists
