One of the best Formula 1 cars ever, which Denis Jenkinson defined “the immortal single-seater”: its career, lasting from 1954 to 1960, was extraordinarily long and full of victories, among which the 1957 World Championship with Juan Manuel Fangio. Adolfo Orsi, president of Officine Alfieri Maserati in Modena, donated it to the Museum already in 1960 in memory of Carlo Biscaretti, who had died the previous year. The list of its “fathers” is as long as the list of triumphs: Gioachino Colombo, Vittorio Bellentani, Giulio Alfieri, Valerio Colotti…
