Orio & Marchand was founded in Emilia at the end of the 19th century to make bicycles and then moved on to motorcycles and cars before going out of business in 1909. The 12/16 was one of its most successful models. Its distinct features include a “square” engine (bore x stroke 120 x 120 mm) and very roomy landaulet coachwork.
