This model stems from two single-seater toy cars for children designed by Guido Cattaneo and made by Isotta Fraschini in 1929. Some years later, Carlo Felice Trossi of Biella redesigned the bodywork and installed a positive displacement blower to soup up the Peugeot engine with its four-speed gearbox.
