Preparatory model of the Miura produced 44 years after it was originally conceived: thanks to the precision of the preparatory drawings produced by Giorgetto Giugiaro in 1964, it saw the light in 2008 with the aid of modern technologies. They are perceived in the 60s shapes, the ideas which later gave way to the Miura, and consequently to one of the first models with a centrally-located engine, innovative for that time. The sleek and aerodynamic shapes had to adapt to a new mechanical scheme, the tight cockpit feel of the passenger compartment with a highly slanted and enveloping windscreen together with a simple side window denote a search for superior performance for an elegant Gt for road use.
