De luxe car from the marque founded by William Owen Bentley, which had been taken over by Rolls-Royce in 1931 and owed its fame to a series of victories in the Le Mans 24-hour race in the 1920s. This two-door, four-seater coupé with bodywork by Frenay of Paris is powered by a very quiet and flexible straight-six engine derived from Rolls-Royce’s Silver Ghost. It has been Bentley’s custom never to declare the power output and top speed of its models. The accepted figures for this car are 110/120 bhp at 4500 rpm and about 150 km/h.
