“As I waited for someone to do what you have done , I always kept a dear old automobile that I myself drove when in Sicily we were only two or three women to hold a driver’s license”. With these words, countess Nella Mirabile Mancusio of Caronia Marina proposed her Isotta Fraschini AN 20/30 HP, with an elegant landaulet bodywork designed by Milanese coachbuilder Pavesi, Crespi & C, to Carlo Biscaretti. The countess got her driver’s license, displayed here together with the vehicle, in 1913 at the young age of twenty.
