The solar car has always been a flag of ecology and sustainability: it is hard to spot on the streets, but solar-electric car races has been a reality for years. It was in fact for these competitions that Andrea Pesaresi designed a reticular steel frame with semi-supporting bodywork in carbon fiber. The vehicle participated in seven races and its best performance was a second place in Turin in 1990. At the end of its career, which lasted from 1987 to 1991, it was donated to the Museum.
