Giulio Prinetti and Augusto Stucchi set up a factory in Milan at the end of the 19th century and began to make three-wheelers equipped with a De Dion engine. They then produced this successful four-wheeler powered by an air-cooled, single-cylinder De Dion. The Quadri also came with a single-seat trailer provided – according to the advertiser- for “your gracious lady companion”.
