Its nickname is “Ceiranina” and it is the greatest business success of this brand, one of the many sparked by the initiative of the Ceirano brothers, who were among the most trail-blazing talents of car industry in the Turin area. Fitted with a 1.5L four-cylinder engine, the Ceiranina was produced in five different series starting from 1924, and survived the acquisition by Fiat in 1929. SCAT was liquidated in 1932 and then incorporated into SPA, but this Ceiranina caught the attention of baron Giorgio Franchetti, who was among the main forerunners of car collecting, and he later donated it to the Museum in 1968.
