The car on display at the Museum, the only Florentia 10 HP in the world, has a ‘tonneau’ body, a 2-cylinder engine, a cardan shaft transmission and an innovative fan cooling system that was able to work efficiently for about 500km with 8-9 litre of water. It was bought in 1967 by Baron Giorgio Franchetti, a well-known Roman patron and one of the pioneers of car collecting in Italy.
