Released in 1926 and christened ‘Superba’, the OM 665 is the model that most enriched the brand’s reputation. The OM 665 N5, presented in 1929, is the dazzling touring version of this model, with its capacity increased to 2200 cc. Road holding (which was exceptional for the period), smoothness of the gearbox, effective brakes, and great acceleration as well as overall manoeuvrability were the characteristics commonly highlighted in the articles. Furthermore, the latter emphasised that the car had enough speed and torque to satisfy even the sportiest customer.
