A mid-upper class model with a 6-cylinder engine and side valves, the 520 was the forerunner of a long series of Fiat 6-cylinder cars. It was a rational, modern car and the first left-hand drive car in Italy. More than 20,000 examples were built between 1927 and 1929 and were available in torpedo, saloon, cabriolet, spider and taxi versions. The saloon cost 31,000 Italian lire at the time of launch.
